All contracts are led directly by Nigel Wright whose informed and practical advice is founded on 33 years experience with a major oil company in engineering, project management and, most recently, as the Functional Head of Project Cost & Planning for 12 years.
This breadth of experience, with an in-depth knowledge of project cost and planning techniques and processes, is complemented by a small and highly select network of associates, all of whom are professionally qualified and with proven track records of achievement. This ensures that Wright Energy Consulting can offer services that cover the full range disciplines in the development phases of a project, including estimating and planning, risk management and risk analyses, incorporation of market forecasts and the link with project economics, opportunity framing, concept selection, contracting strategy, assurance reviews and project controls.
We can also prepare specific guides and procedures and provide tailor-made training for staff.
